an Introvert's heaven
WHAT IS ODL?
Because of the unpredictable condition of the pandemic, UiTM has implemented the concept of bringing education everywhere you go in a program called the Online Distance Learning (ODL). This is to ensure that students can learn wherever they are while maintaining social distance.
Though it has stripped away all the valuable experiences of learning face to face with my lectures, ODL is a miracle in disguise for me. As an introvert, I am happy that I do not need to meet out with too many people. They can only see me through the screen so I can wear whatever I'm comfortable with for classes.
Other than that, instead of bothering my classmates by asking them about what we learnt in class, I now have a soft copy of all the class materials that are made available anytime. This way, I can learn and refer to the notes whenever I like to refresh what I've learned.
Lastly, I feel more in control whenever I do ODL as I get to manage my time at home before and after classes. When I'm in the mood, I get to write extra pretty notes too!
Even though it was a bit challenging, my lecturers always tried their best to ensure that the knowledge reaches us and stay not only in our minds but our souls.
